Introducing CP’s Kitchen which blends the unique, traditional flavours of Mumbai’s East Indian cooking derived from Portuguese influences. Collette’s, (Colpol/ CP for short) first love has always been cooking, and she has decided to share some of her recipes. Due to demand, we are bottling her freshly made ready-to-cook authentic East Indian vindaloo paste for those who’d love to try making this authentic, vibrant dish at home. It will definitely rival any takeaways! There is limited stock available as these are made on demand to maintain freshness of ingredients. This ready to use paste is a fully vegan with no nasties, only ground spices for all those spice lovers! All you have to add is your choice of protein - so versatile! Please DM me for any queries and orders. Vindaloo paste is available in 500g jars, the perfect amount for a kg of meat. Currently available to home cooks in the Auckland area!
